HUDCO IPO subscribed 15 times, issue closes today

The initial public offering (IPO) of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) on Thursday got subscribed 15 times on the third and final day of the bidding process.

The offer received bids for 3,02,50,73,600 shares against the total issue size of 20,40,58,747 shares, the NSE data till 1 pm showed.


The quota limit for retail investors was subscribed 8 times, qualified institutional investors by 11 times and non-institutional investors by a massive 57 times.

The IPO of the company will close for subscription later in the day.

HUDCO is a wholly-owned government company providing loans for housing and urban infrastructure projects in India.

As on Dec 31, 2016, the total outstanding loans stood at Rs 36,386 crore with 30.9 per cent contribution from housi ..
